Debt Load Fee
We charge $60 (plus GST) for each debt that you load with us. We will invoice you at the end of the month that the debt is loaded. If a debtor has multiple invoices we still only charge you for a single debt load.
Debt Collection Commission
We charge commission on every dollar collected. Our commission rates are 25% (plus GST) on the first $10,000 recovered, 15% (plus GST) on the next $10,000 recovered plus 5% (plus GST) on the balance over $20,000 per debt. Clause 3 in our Terms of Trade further clarifies this.
